Will do., but later in the evening. What you're looking at in the picture is the rest of the grated moz' and cheddar that I did not use in the sauce but decided to sprinkle it on top as soon as I took the pan out of the oven to prevent from throwing that small amount of cheese away. It does have Flounder chunks in it, though.
