This will be my dinner for the next 3 nights. It's covered with a special sauce I make, baked @375° for 20-25 minutes, then removed from the oven and topped with finely chopped pecans mixed w/melted butter and returned to a 400° oven until the pecans have toasted. The snapper was given to me by my cousin from FL who would rather fish than breathe...he only breathes so he won't miss out on fishing.
