That's the best one, IMO. Just a suggestion...if you'll give the entire roast a complete rub of either Yellow or Dijon mustard first, you will not be disappointed and the dry rub you use will adhere to the meat better. Plus, it adds so much delicious flavor. Regardless, it's going to make some good meals.
