I used some of these mushrooms today. They have been in the fridge in their original packaging and wrapped in the brown paper bag for the 7 days since I bought them.. Not bad. I removed what I needed to use, put the remaining in a Ziploc storage bag, returned them to the paper bag and back into the fridge.
