Mushrooms Test

I used some of these mushrooms today. They have been in the fridge in their original packaging and wrapped in the brown paper bag for the 7 days since I bought them.. Not bad. I removed what I needed to use, put the remaining in a Ziploc storage bag, returned them to the paper bag and back into the fridge.

When I did my test in the brown paper bag I think it was about 7 or 8 days before I use the rest of them. They were okay but they were on the dried outside a little bit. Really not a big deal. I definitely do better in the paper bag and the original container I think. Or a Ziploc.

Whole mushrooms, not sliced. If you have a lot of whole mushrooms, use two bags.

Just mushrooms without the container they came in. Common sense.

I'll see what mine looks like in a few days. It's definitely no big deal for me, either.

I took for granted the whole mushrooms. I've never purchased sliced mushrooms in my life. They start drying out as the go through the slicing, packaging process.
