JS, notice that the topping looks like a river runs through it and that's not a bad thing. I sorta' got carried away with the honey. I had never made a strawberry cobbler, only peach, blackberry and apple. It was the best cobbler I've ever had. It was super moist with crusty sides and the strawberries were better than I would ever had imagined. I'm glad you chose to share your own with us. Can't wait to make it for the family.
