Strawberry Cobbler with Honey Infused Topping

JS, notice that the topping looks like a river runs through it and that's not a bad thing. I sorta' got carried away with the honey. I had never made a strawberry cobbler, only peach, blackberry and apple. It was the best cobbler I've ever had. It was super moist with crusty sides and the strawberries were better than I would ever had imagined. I'm glad you chose to share your own with us. Can't wait to make it for the family.

It's not much on looks but dang it's good. The honey came from right here in GA, too, another plus.
