My friend's granddaughter graduated from high school last night and is having a Luau/pool party tonight with family and friends. They're roasting a whole pig and her granddaughter requested a Pig Pickin' Cake, Upside Down Pineapple Cake and Banana Nut Bread for desserts. My friend asked me to make the Banana Nut Bread. I made three loaves. This one is for display on the table and for the family to have tomorrow. The other two loaves are for tonight. I'm pooped.
