His recipes/cooking methods are usually on the mark but I've never cooked my frozen ones that way. I thaw them, marinate them (usually with a dry rub of my choice of seasonings) and cook them in the oven with my oven pan with the slit dripping rack. They always turn out great.
You know what...I'm betting he's mainly promoting his Dry Ranch and Lemon Pepper seasonings. I seriously doubt that Great Value frozen wings are "the best wings he's ever had."
