Off topic but I have some questions to ask.

Do you pickle the cucumbers from your garden in a Dill pickling? I think I've seen a couple of your pics' of them here that were Dill. If so, do you use white or apple cider vinegar? Do you add red pepper flakes and do you use pickling salt or Kosher?

I want to give it a try but the options are endless so I wanted to compare with yours. I've done Bread and Butter ones (long ago) but never Dill. I'd very much appreciate any advice you have to offer.
