So, as I see the murder count, when Lindsay Clancey sent her husband on errands to give herself time to commit mass murder. That indicated pre-meditation. And the murder of 3 young children in her custody who were due her love was an extreme atrocity. But her murder was not committed during the commission or attempted commission of a [different] crime punishable by death or life imprisonment.

That's 2 out of 3 charging theories satisfied when only one needs to be. Of course I'd hold out for Murder One.

In the retrial they need a closer balance of men to women. In the first trial there were 9 women jurors and just 3 men - a ratio of 3 to 1.
