1 piece of toast with butter and seedless Stawberry jam. If I ate what you ate I'd fall asleep in my empty plate.

Now I want strawberry jam and there is none in the house

And that reminds me...I LOVE orange marmalade. I have not forgotten there is a bread maker in my future.

I am going to make enchiladas tonight. I thought about jazzing them up with chorizo but changed my mind. Instead, I am going to add cream cheese and potatoes - maybe some sour cream in the filling as well.

I had a bout of diverticulitis years ago and seeds compound it. Don't want to go through that again.

I had 2 slices of bacon, 2 fried eggs and a hash brown patty with a small glass of OJ. The last of my chicken nuggets w/fried rice and cukes and tomatoes will be tonight's meal and I am planning to make Seafood Lasagna over the weekend. I am well stocked and no grocery store runs are necessary, for a change. Yeah!

You've got that right.

There will be no heads nor tails, just the body of shrimp along with scallops and flounder filets, all seasoned w/Old Bay and sautéed before being cut into pieces and assembled. The Lasagna is made with a Bechamel sauce and 3 different cheeses. It freezes well and makes for perfect leftovers.
