I have a gripe about my HVAC tech who did repairs on my system...

...he took one look at the age of the system and started talking about a replacement system. The visit was more about sales than repairs. I was nice and listened but I will talk about replacement when this system is down and out.

...They kept saying the repairman could be available any time. We stayed home and waited. It went out on Friday while we were working and the saga started on Friday and lasted until Monday evening when the repair guy finally arrived.

If it happened again today I would head for the lake and leave the little window unit running.

...my wife wants Lennox but we had far fewer repairs with the Carrier unit. Of course that means we will be getting a Lennox.
