Thanks for that, but I don't think it was the Cedarlea - various photos of that ship on the net show her to be different to the vessel in question. Also, Mike mentioned that Helmut had stated the photos were taken in 1973 or 1974, whereas the Cedarlea / Radio Phoenix project kicked off in 1980 after the Mi Amigo sank.
But I appreciate the detective work in any case. It'll be interesting to see if we ever get to the bottom of this one.

Was she being prepared on the voyage south ?
