That's a lot of Cement, Peter - I assume without it, when the 300ft mast was in place, the ship would have turned on it's side & sunk, in a high wind?

Some crazy things happened in those days, but I agree with Stephen, it was good to be alive in those days. Those that worked on the ships, I doubt will ever forget their experiences - Hence the many books written by those involved.
