Neil has responded just as you predicted he would. I truly don't know why he bothers any more. If we, ( like the Mysterons of cartoon fame years ago ) were broadcasting on all known frequencies. He would still say ' Hah, it means nothing !'.
Of course his view or that of anyone else on the forum has no influence on anything at all.
Maybe the article will filter through to Ofcom.
