Start putting white noise on the band, and there is likely to be QRM caused to other band users, eg in Holland the band is used by quite a host of QRP stations, and some maybe not so QRP.

Leave it alone for what it is.

Like the green land that some see as a housing scheme, when there is nothing wrong in leaving it as is......
