I have been doing some sleuthing and found pictures of lower powered CSI AM transmitters which all had "A" for "AM" at the end, eg T-5-A. So might the 25s be T-25-A?
How did the modulation vary from the Doherty of Continental and later Marconi (B series?). From what you have written, CSI seems to one of the simplest designs (= good in my book). But maybe not. Must have been among the last of the huge multi-cabinet designs for this power range.
Apparently there was long-term reliability issues, mainly electrolytics and circuit boards, with the FM series. Was that an in-house design?

The two Laser T-25 transmitters were serial number 106 and 107.
108 was later sold to a station in Brazil and
109 was converted into a T-50 - I have no further notes on that.
