The agreement for the equipment to be returned didn't take place until there was no prospect of the Ross Revenge ever broadcasting again with Caroline indemnifying the Dutch Government against any future claims. There were issues around whether the Ross Revenge was registered and Caroline was paying lawyers to pursue a case that may not have succeeded.

Yes, it was quite good - pity they did not mention that the UK Home office - was aiding & abbeting, drunken Dutch Piracy & Vandalism - because that is the reality of what happened.
