My assumption going on what was said, is there was a connection with Radio Hollandia which was to start from the Mi Amigo, then didn’t. Most of the backers were ex RNI Dutch people with record company links.

As to why they wanted the ship to stay off air, I could speculate further but honestly don’t know.
