I think I know who is responsible for this website. It means nothing other than just being a showpiece for what they believe is the true Radio Caroline as they think it should never be licenced or be answerable to any authority.
This website I believe was setup by a guy who was involved with Offshore Caroline in the final years called 'Christopher England'.
