I'll bet there is a big market fentanyl as well as young boys and girls in the city. The leaders of the drug cartels and human trafficking are probably bidding for these homes so they can be close to their market.
It's a lot less expensive to live in San Francisco, if you're willing to take advantage of the decriminalized shoplifting for up to $900.00 worth.
