I refuse to recognize the verdict of a disgracefully corrupt New York court. So therefore Trump is not a convicted felon. As Judge Izzy Weird, I hereby override the crooked verdict. If rogue judges can presume to bend the law, then so can I. So "technically" he's not a felon because Judge Weird says he isn't.

See how simple this becomes if everyone can rewrite the law?

Trump did not falsify any business records. Non-disclosure payments can be for personal reasons, or to keep something quiet during a campaign. Often it isn't clear which it was. Also this minor alleged crime was well past the statute of limitations.

So the verdict did not site any specific law that was broken.

This phony case tried desperately to make a mountain out of a mole hill.

The objective was to use weaponized law enforcement to prevent him from running. And that is definitely a felony on the part of the Biden administration and the state of New York.

You need to follow more than just CNN if you want to be well informed.
