I believe if she submit copies of the I-130 and I-485 applications as the Judge underlined, she'll be alright. If I understood correctly her visa overstay was a false accusation(a lie), and even the Judge wanted some explanation about why was she arrested under the pretext of a visa overstay. She didn't overstay her visa, plus she was married to a U.S citizen.

I didn't know that Guyana has an Indo-Guyanese president Irfaan Ali(photo below) and he's Muslim. Looks like she's attacking the wrong type of Hindu, he's definitely not a Brahmin . However our dear Rodney Walter as a political activist warned the Black Guyanese about Hindus in the country.

Props to Mamadou Taal, and right, I've heard and read some articles where it says lots of immigrants have been detained just for being immigrants, despite having their papers in order,.. heard that some were not even immigrants, they were born in the U.S or have their U.S citizenship yet were detained, lots of them Latinos,....etc!!
