Why? Because S.Sudan denied entry to an African man the US deported to their country. The gov't claimed the guy was a Congolese, not a Sudanese.
LOL... but it didn't matter where he was from, the US has now declared a complete travel ban on any South Sudanese coming over here. How petty!
