Yes, I met a Seminole Black woman once, who though she was a Black phenotype, much like the Hawaiian queen we have posted on the LLC timeline, who pointed out how due to white media framing, she had a tough time growing up when she was outside the reservation. She said outsiders would balk when she explained that she was Seminole and had been a Seminole all of her life.

The issue has been the white framing, which has allowed white admixtures to impact how Seminoles and Indians-at-large are perceived in
American culture.
