Patrick Lyons(photo below) shot by Cincinatti, Ohio, officer after he ran at police with a knife. Definitely a lie!! Police in Cincinatti are on an "open season" on Black men, because Rodney Hinton Jr., a Cincinnati man who authorities said struck and killed a sheriff's deputy with his car earlier this month after his 18-year-old son was fatally shot by police in Cincinatti.
