In the past couple of years in Atlanta a White Officer fires assault rifle into a "Crowd" of Black PPL who were having fun in a huge block party.
Gabriel Sam Parker(photo below), a good father, was killed instantly. Police are trying to blame his death on someone else they said was involved in the shooting. Give me a dammn break.
