Please don't shoot me Mr Maestro, but I'm not a big fan of Rev. Barber. I think he's too much of a liberal romantic whose message is aimed at a white liberal sensitivity, not a black one. If you notice closely, there ain't that many black folks at his gatherings. And I'm also uncomfortable with some of the liberal organiztions & so-called NGOs funding him.

To my thinking, what the Black community needs right now is economic empowerment, a Black consciousness movement, an emphasis on tightly educating our children, and more respect & love towards Black women.
😆..I think we've had enough kuumbaya movements. There.

BUT THEN, i'm a huuuge fan of Robert Reich! If only he'd ran for president or senate etc. Dude is legit and a brainiac.
