I wonder what is so special about Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan?? One thing for sure Uzbekistan and Kazakhstan recent reforms have led to increased foreign investment and economic growth. Definitely not the case with Pakistan and Afghanistan's economies that are significantly smaller and faces ongoing challenges due to conflict and political instability. Also, there are no police fatal shootings of civilians in Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan, hahahahah!!
