Remembering Jamila Debbech Ksiksi Rest in peace sista(photo below and article). At some point Debbech and several other Black Tunisian(North Africans)activists have indeed examined very carefully the historical Arab-African relations which have been a complex tapestry of trade, cultural exchange, religious diffusion, and, unfortunately, also slavery and conflicts.

BTW, her death in a traffic accident on Tunisia's highway, an accident which also killed her sister, Amel Debbech is suspect.
