Well, Mr Malcumm, as you certainly know a Black mayor is without a doubt someone who received some of the best symbolisms from inside the home, not from the streets obviously, and that in the face of "integration". Where I definitely agree with Malcuum is in terms of the financial segregation, Blacks should have their own banks and control their own economy, and of course have lot more businesses around the country.
