Even as Trump is cutting off aid to the Third World, he's blocking Cuba's successful efforts to continue providing healthcare to some countries in Africa, Brazil, Caribbean - including HAITI.
Can't believe the US is still targeting Cuba, which goes to show how threatening & successful the Cuban revolution was/is.
