After the legitimate President, Jorem Moise, was assassinated the West decided to come after Cherizier, because he seems to be the last line against the full fall of Haiti.
At 7:40 Jimmy is interviewed by a YouTuber. He's doing all he can to keep Haiti sovereign.
The same folks who suppress the truth on Black classical cultures, are the one's who're sending in the goons to try and get Cherizier.

Great documentary, the guy was truly corrupt when he was a police chief in Haiti the only time he became humane and just is when he turned to a Gangsta, a positive gangsta I'd say. Also that Youtuber(Italian or Spaniard guy) is a brave man, he took a risk though. It's the framing, TheOne. Now, the beginning of the story has no context, so people would think the brother is just a thug. -- then at 1:32, we see Cherizier sitting talking with the reporter in a real interview.
It's all about the system, bro. If the system (culture) is corrupt the people within it become corrupt. Cherizier is only in his 40s, now. As a young police officer of course he had to operate within the system he found himself in.
