Wag the Dog? Could that be the reason? Won't this cover up Trump's incompetency? Further, he now wants to reestablish the Monroe Doctrine. LOL!! This coupled with his complete balls out racist remarks on Somalians makes it crystal clear we are in full blown authoritarianism. Plus, that tanker full of owl has to be worth a ton of money. Who's getting it?
