TERRIBLE!

Rob Reiner is no longer with us - dead at 78 yrs old..
A true revolutionary and deeply human in its best sense..

I will always associate him with Alicia Keys..
I saw both of them on the same day at the Washington Square Park in Manhattan..
I was exiting the Bobst library @NYU and saw a crowd near the fountain, and there was Alicia Keys doing her stuff - she hadn't gain fame yet - in her long braids and tom-boyish gear..
Moments later there was a stir on the other side of the park, and there was Rob Reiner along with someone who turned out to be Richard Dreyfuss (didn't know much of dreyfuss)..

All that to say, I am a huge admirer of Rob Reiner!
Dude was a legit Civil Rights activist & street rebel (yes he was!!).
He was as consistently on the right side of things as is Jane Fonda!

This is really hurting: at a time when we seriously need true human rights activists, (not pretenders!!), Rob Reiner is gone. Dammmittttt

RIP ROB REINER.
