TERRIBLE!

Rob Reiner is no longer with us - dead at 78 yrs old..
A true revolutionary and deeply human in its best sense..

I will always associate him with Alicia Keys..
I saw both of them on the same day at the Washington Square Park in Manhattan..
I was exiting the Bobst library @NYU and saw a crowd near the fountain, and there was Alicia Keys doing her stuff - she hadn't gain fame yet - in her long braids and tom-boyish gear..
Moments later there was a stir on the other side of the park, and there was Rob Reiner along with someone who turned out to be Richard Dreyfuss (didn't know much of dreyfuss)..

All that to say, I am a huge admirer of Rob Reiner!
Dude was a legit Civil Rights activist & street rebel (yes he was!!).
He was as consistently on the right side of things as is Jane Fonda!

This is really hurting: at a time when we seriously need true human rights activists, (not pretenders!!), Rob Reiner is gone. Dammmittttt

RIP ROB REINER.

Such sad, sad news. A lot of mayhem the last two days- mass shootings all over the place, and now this. I've been a huge fan of Reiner since he played
Micael Stivic, the Polish kid, on All in the Family.

May he RIP, I don't remember him as an actor or activist(photo below with his son)

Now the question is why his Son Nick was arrested following the deaths of his parents??????

lol, not grimreaper.

Anyway I was so saddened at his death and how it was a family thing that I just posted.

Reiner was a solid activist and funded many progressive causes. I'm pretty sure he gave to Black organizations like the NAACP, and surely to the BLM etc. He practically funded the opposition to the California Proposition 8 etc etc.
And he wasn't afraid to blast Donald Trump either. That wicked bastard!

How is this possible? I mean, how low can one go? And this guy is president of the United States, how did that happen?

Also, remember how Trump threatened anyone who said anything negative about Charlie Kirk after his murder. He even threatened to ban anyone traveling to America who criticized Kirk and so on. Unbelievable!

We rightly mourn the death of Rob Reiner, but please let us also mourn & celebrate the life of his wife Michele Singer Reiner who was an artist, photographer, writer and also a film producer..
She was also an activist involved in Civil Rights, Gay Rights, and an overall Human Rights/Social justice activist.. she also contributed lots of money to early childhood development programs etc.
Also worth noting that her mom was a holocaust survivor.
MAY MICHELE SINGER REINER REST IN PEACE IN A DEEP SLEEP FOREVER. AMEN

Imagine the utter horror of being killed by your own offspring/child. Christ.

I remember the same story happened to a family up in New Hampshire back in mid 90s. Parents shot to death by their two children while sleeping in their bed.

These are Demon spawn,..bad seeds.

Mr TheOne, it is much much worse now!
Almost every day you read about some member of a family slaughtering other members of the family, and in the last couple weeks its been mostly wealthy suburban whites doing that shit. Families who fit the modern stereotype of a Norman Rockwell portrait.
The Rob Reiner tragedy is getting lots of media play because of how famous & loved he is across the board, but some disturbing stuff is happening within the American family overall.
Scary times!
