I believe you're thinking of Captain Ahmad Ghiravanian who is identified in some discussions as the first Afro-Iranian pilot, he was in the Iranian Airforce around 1970. So, no, I have never before posted about any Afro-Iranian soccer player.

However I did post about a Black Moroccan soccer player who was just as good as Pele back in the 50s-60s, his name was "Larbi Benbarek".
