I disagree, Israel is much smaller than Haiti and yet exploit bigger countries like the U.S
Haiti is roughly 1.3 times bigger than Israel by total geographic area. What else, Belgium is also a small country(smaller than Dominican Republic) and exploited Congo a country half the size of Europe.
