You're right , Maestro, I remember you being vocal about "specifically" the Arab/Muslim xenophobia, sexism and bias. I even remember you criticizing the "Iranian" mentality towards women which is highly complex, defined by an ongoing clash between a deeply entrenched, patriarchal state system and a progressive, highly educated society. I remember that!!
As for me I just want to identify and reveal hidden weaknesses, errors and bigotry amongst the "brown" nations(who think they are whites) whether in Latin America or the Middle-East. The two subcontinents have for sure different religions one is Christian and the other is Muslim, also different languages, one is mostly Spanish and the other is mostly Arabic, but one thing definitely both subcontinents have in "common" is the racial hierarchy, a structured system where groups are ranked based on perceived racial superiority or inferiority in "Venezuela" as well as in "Lebanon" for example. So, its not just Europe, North America and/or Australia and Russia where this racial sickness can be found.
And yes Les, I too think most ppl are good, but to determine if "most people are good" is complex, as psychology and philosophy reveal that goodness is largely subjective. However, behavioral scientists and psychologists generally agree that the vast majority of people have "pro-social" tendencies, valuing empathy and cooperation in their daily interactions.

TheOne is just playing the devil’s advocate, Maestro — TheOne, I was just at a high school class reunion of Blacks and whites, here in Mississippi. Now, despite Mississippi being a red state, this particular county, Panola, carried Barack Obama in both of his presidential elections.
The reunion was a great time for all. And I clearly realized, while engaging with old classmates, Black and white, that indeed the following Ruth Bader Ginsberg quote is apropos to what we’re doing, in espousing Black classical cultures. “Fight for the things that you care about. But do it in a way that will lead others to join you.”
Now, you mentioned Latino’s and Jews collectively, but the reality is that most people are good. You’re simply going to have some bad apples in the bunch.

When on God's green earth did I say racism does not exist or when did I try to hide that fact? Have u not read my posts for the past 18 years?
I grew up in a working-class neighborhood in the 50's @ 60's in Milwaukee, the Birmingham of the North. There was and still is intense racism in those same neighborhoods. It's better than before, but the good fight continues.
And that racism is present in the Arab community. I hired Egyptians, White Moroccans and Palestinians at my art Kiosk in the mall who had racist, misogynistic, and homophobic views.
They also despised Jews. I argued with them constantly. One time, almost to the point of fisticuffs. Fortunately, it ended peacefully.
I once recall telling the Moroccan lady i hired that i planned to go to Juneteenth day. This was about 10 years ago. She laughed and said "I would not be caught dead there."
Despite all that, I got along with all. I spoke the truth with love and respect. I did not point fingers or laugh at their ignorance. One bible verse that all activists should follow: "Speak the truth in love" (Ephesians 4:15). That way, the message will be received rather than causing defensiveness.
Let's not let this rotten system destroy us. If you want to rid the world of genocide, income inequality, racism, intra racial stratification which is a big topic on this board, let's get angry at the real culprit- our political economy.
That's my last word on this. Hopefully we can move away from this pointless point and counterpoint on racism. We all know that the world is full of racists. The question is: how to fix it.

LOL, how come this was not mentioned? Anyway, I've enjoyed reading this too, I mean, alliances of black and white radicals were crucial in a number of settings outside the deep south, in various locales, these alliances made a critical difference in the kinds of results that were obtained. (scroll to photo below)
The strongest intersection of black and white radicals commenced in a number of urban areas in the mid-to late-1960s, white students became progressively radicalized, resulting in a convergence of the anti-war movement and the black liberation movement. Throughout the San Francisco Bay Area, white radicals assisted the Panthers in setting up speeches and demonstrations, helped to "pay" for the distribution of their paper and other publications, and aided in the setting up of the breakfast programs, including, in many cases, "paying" for the food. How do you like that? Niiice, right?
Now does that mean there is no racism in the White American community today or in Europe?? Shall we HIDE the racist republicans and the southern KKK and Maga that still exist in America, Mr Maestro?. I understand that you are trying so desperately to cover up the Latino and Arab racism in America and in their respective countries of origin as well,.. you only project the "good side" of the Latino and Arab stories in regard to Black ppl, thinking that we are a piece of chopped liver on this board . My job is to expose the other side of the coin too. LOL!
There are good ppl everywhere BUT you can't ignore the bad ones or act like if they don't exist.
