According to investigators, Nolan(photo below) traveled to the island with a group of friends. They later left believing he had returned on another boat, but he never made it home. And his White friends kept his cell phone. It definitely smells fishy!!
After a two-day search involving the U.S. Coast Guard and multiple agencies, a body believed to be Nolan was found near the west end of the island.
