Yes Yes Yes, his reaction to what happened after the senegal/Morocco disaster was indicative.. video showed him being very pissed at Senegal mostly, with some Africans complaining he showed a bias toward Morocco, in that he was rooting for them to win.
Anyway, my gut says Morocco will join the revolt/boycott against Infantino.. I don't think the Moroccan players will like the group of investors FiFA wants to sell itself too.
