I had completely forgotten of Elaine Mokhtefi even though I HAVE HER BOOK IN MY LIBRARY..
I only found out of her death during a discussion overheard on a Pacifica radio station..
Man, those of us who claim to be of the left, whether Marxists, Socialists, progressive, anti-racists, and even liberal, need to be more active in passing down such histories..
Sad indeed!

NB...she was responsible for making sure Eldridge Cleaver was able to sneak into Algeria from Cuba.
