As Trump will be hammered non-stop for ostensibly violating the First Amendment, gone from the headlines will be the Iran war, rising gas prices, and his in-the-toilet polling. Furthermore, corporate media will gain from higher ratings. Everyone loves a controversy. Roy Cohn, Trump's diabolical mentor, got it right when he taught his protégé that there is no such thing as bad press.
