Like the epoch BC and AD era-changing designations, often BCE (Before the Common Era and CE, the Common Era), we must work hard to ensure this suspension of democracy, in the U.S., is utilized as a launching pad to a finally real liberation, in the United States and globally, for us as a people.
I'm framing this moment as the "Interregnum," the transition from the old to the totally new emergence of us "The Royal Family" on the world scene.
I got to get a picture with the Rev. Jesse Jackson yesterday. Like boxer Muhammad Ali, he has been plagued with Parkinson's. His mind is still keen, but at 80-plus he has physically weakened. He did so much to counteract the negative framing, in the news cycles, against us as Black Americans. Now, we must finish the job of ensuring we emerge victorious. In the last sentence of my book Rameses and Thutmose gave each other a high five and said: "We're back, man."
The crisis consists precisely in the fact that the old is dying and the new cannot be born; in this interregnum a great variety of morbid symptoms appear.

I like the promise of an 'Interregnum', especially in light of a new media operating outside our given legacy media and so-called mainstream media. Right now YouTube & TikTok & social media in general, are wrecking havoc on the old establishment narratives and the old elite info monopoly are in panic. If we can protect new media, then a transition to new realities is possible. Will it be us "The Royal Family"? Well, a new family for sure, but i'm not sure I want it to be a "Royal" one.
As per Jesse Jackson, let's wish him well. He was a legit warrior during the Civil Rights struggle. And while we rightfully praise Dr King's oratory, Jesse was also a master of that art.
Now here goes GM who is never afraid to speak his mind: So many of us have been intimidated lately, but lets not forget that hadn't it been for Zionist forces sabotaging Jesse Jackson's campaign for the presidency, he would be our 1st Black president, not Barack Obama. They put Jesse through hell because of his support for the Palestinian cause and his open literal embrace of PLO leader Yasser Arafat. Later, his 'hymie town' remark came out and it was over! [never forget it was a black reporter who snitched on Jesse.]
..now shoot me for speaking that historical truth.
GM, you said: "As per Jesse Jackson, let's wish him well. He was a legit warrior during the Civil Rights struggle. And while we rightfully praise Dr King's oratory, Jesse was also a master of that art. ..."
Yes, the "Hymie Town" story sabotaged his presidential run -- And looking at the facts about ancient Israel, all the countries surrounding Israel were Black, so for them to hide that the Hebrews were Africans (the Middle East being greater Africa) diminishes them greatly in the eyes of those in the know.
I'm still proud of the good-hearted Jewish people who are doing the right thing, meanwhile. If they would come clean, in the midst of this fiasco, it would only ennoble the Jew ish legacy. What they're doing now, starving those people, will negate any good they've ever done.

Les is more optimistic than I am.

Les, I think Kwame Ture/Stokely Carmichael made your observation too...
"And looking at the facts about ancient Israel, all the countries surrounding Israel were Black, so for them to hide that the Hebrews were Africans..."
Here is Stokely Carmichael emphasizing your point during a critique of Zionism: "This political philosophy[Zionism] has nothing to do with religion. On the contrary, it seeks to confuse others and let them think that Zionism and Judaism are one and the same. I am a conscious African. I know properly my history. I know that Africa gave Judaism to the world. I know that the first Jews in the world were African..."
On Youtube: "Kwame Ture Speaks on Zionism in 1995." The video is only 96-seconds long (1.36), but powerful. I hope you find time to check it out.
