Interesting reading...kinda..

It's about the Jesuits involvement in slavery..how the sale of AfricanAmericans helped fund Georgetown University..and now reparations.

Means well but my cynical self is guarded. I'm suspicious of nonprofits aimed at helping AAs.

Yes, Mr G, when I first saw you in Africa I immediately knew you were different from every other race I've seen on the globe, sir,.. I mean, the way you played them drums was just stunning. Your language was very amazing too, and sure before I violently met you in Dahomey I have never seen anyone in the four corners of the globe dancing like you and your females.

And oh my god also the way you "ran" in those savannahs was just like Cheetah running, so exciting to see,..and plus, your natural gift was about the size of my entire height which is the only thing that provoked me to plan on enslaving you and beat the crap out of you in the new world, sir. I apologize for that.

But, what reparations? Please forget about the past and move on, sir, or else I will beat you some more. Enough of this whining.

Kris, those Celts and Slavs were tribal, too, in those times. Westerners have framed
us like your iterations leaving out our best.

A lot of the folks they've been calling slaves were Moors

She certainly seems to be a well-rounded individual. Her direct ancestors were enslaved by Georgetown. They should talk directly with her about what would be fair. She has grounds for an individual suit... .

Zanzibar commemorates abolition of slavery for first time in history. I can't believe Arabs gave up on slavery in Zanzibar due to the British pressure on the Ottoman Empire. That's crazy!! In this video you will notice the famous "Black" Arab slaver known as Tippu Tip from Oman(Middle-east) who was himself involved in the African slave trade in Zanzibar.
