The so-called rebels(light-skin arabs) hated Gaddafi because of his strong affiliation with 'Black Africa' and his Pan-Africanism--they called him "frizzled hair" etc etc.. At the time of his overthrow Libya was a prosperous & stable country, inspite of the jihadists threats.
At first , that anti-black attacks were not racially motivated but because Gadaffi's base of support was overwhelmingly coming from Black Libyans for obvious reasons. The animosity persists but to a much lesser degree.

Notice from early on she claims the Black Africans have been in Libya "for generations". 😆🤣😂...Libya has always been a Black African country dating back from Kemetic times. But however the fact that Afro-Libyans were enslaved that in itself was racially motivated. Afro-Libyans were enslaved because they were Black. The reason Black Libyans supported Gadaffi is because Gaddaffi was pro-Black Libyan politically and socially. Kinda like those Afro-Venezuelans who supported Hugo Chavez because of his pro-Black policies in Venezuela.
