Claudette Colvin is with the Good Lord right now.. She's transited to the other realm at the age of 86 yrs old.. She was the first to NOT GIVE UP HER SEAT ON THE BUSS IN MONTGOMERY IN 1955. She was only 15-yrs old at the time.. That was before Rosa Parkss in 1955.
Claudette was really the one to spark the Civil Rights movement, taking nothing from Rosa Parks.. BUT, some of the Civil Rights leaders at the time felt Claudette didn't have enough of a "respectable" background for the spotlight.. PLUS, she was dark-skinned...Oh Lawwwd MAY CLAUDETTE COLVIN REST IN A DEEP QUIET PEACE FOR ETERNITY. AMEN

But FYI the North African guy had posted about Claudette on LLC a few years before she passed away. Also theone couldn't comprehend why the media and Black history made it look like Rosa Parks has started the whole thing. theone and GM have already discussed this blatant lie some years ago on LLC. Again, may she RIP forever!!!
