Is our Secretary of War (Defense) Pete Hegseth a war criminal? Could charges be brought by the International Courts? Also, could charges be made against him breaking Federal laws here? It was he that eviscerated the Pentagon's Civilian Protection Center of Excellence (CPCOE) and its related Civilian Harm Mitigation and Response (CHMR) initiatives that are required by federal law. Some Democrats and Pentagon officials are arguing that the bombing of the Shajareh Tayyebeh Elementary School in Iran that took the lives of 175 girls is the direct result of Hegseth's cuts in money and staff of these departments. It will be interesting to see how far Democrats push this in upcoming months.
BUT HE WON'T BE SENT TO THE HAGUE! He's a white nationalist, a Christian Zionist, a devoted MAGA, an Islamophobe, and on and on and on !
And let's not forget that about 190 innocent folks have been killed during his bombing of so-called "narco-boats" in the Caribbean sea and in the waters off South America etc. They have offered no evidence those killed were involved in the drug trade - NONE!
Just recently Hegseth blocked the promotion of three Black military officers to the rank of generals. No reason was given but in his mind they were "DEI" - whatever da fukkk that means.
So yea, even if his own language can be used against him, Hegseth won't be sent to the Hague. Just ain't gonna happen!
