The great thing is that Mamdani is now directly tackling systemic racial inequities in NYC housing through his sweeping "Block by Block" housing blueprint. In NYC, minority communities face an acute housing crisis, with data showing that over 50% of Black and Hispanic households experience severe housing insecurity.

These residents face skyrocketing eviction threats, displacement, and disproportionate living conditions by other minorities who happen to be the "Deed theft"(Like Latinos and Arab Americans). Its also called home title theft or deed fraud which is the "illegal" transfer of a property's title without the real owner's knowledge or consent. I've posted a video about it last year, it was and still is an ugly situation in NYC!!!
